About
Mrs. Ferraco graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Masters of Science degree in Applied Developmental Psychology in 2007. Her program design focused on supporting those with Asperger's Syndrome in the areas of social skills and emotions. Ms. Ferraco has worked with adults, adolescents, and children with emotional/behavioral disorders, Autism Spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and/or anxiety for over 20 years.
She enjoys attending workshops and conferences to stay abreast of the latest research in the field, as well as collaborating with other professionals. She is also certified to teach, and has taught elementary education in Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
In February of 2008, she relocated to Virginia where she pursued and obtained her BCBA while consulting for children in home and school settings. In 2014, she was recognized as one of "Loudoun County's top 40 under 40" up-and-coming business and community leaders. In her free time, Mrs. Ferraco enjoys spending time with her two daughters and baby boy. She gets outdoors to walk, hike, or ride bikes as much as possible. She enjoys time visiting friends and family in her hometown in Pittsburgh.
